What's New in 2026?
The GAZOO Racing team focused on sharpening the GR86's controllability, convenience and comfort for 2026. Engineers refined the throttle calibration for a smoother, more linear response and improved the fifth-to-fourth downshift feel for a more natural connection during spirited driving. A new Thunder exterior color joins the palette, along with a new Cockpit Red interior option for the Premium model featuring black Ultrasuede® with red leather accents. Toyota also expanded the GR86's active safety and convenience technology, nearly doubling the stereo camera's recognition range and adding a monocular camera to help detect objects at intersections. The limited-edition Yuzu trim has been discontinued, leaving GR86 and GR86 Premium as the two available models for 2026.
